Don’t Love It? Here’s how to return it
Your 100% satisfaction is always www.battleforthemitten.com’s ultimate goal. Products in original packaging may be exchanged at Battle for the Mitten with a sales receipt within 30 days of purchase for store credit only. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds except in the event of an incorrect order or defective product. If you’d like to make a return, we’ll be happy to help and do our best to make the experience as painless as possible. Here’s what to do.
RETURN BY MAIL
You may return any item purchased online as long as it meets the following requirements:
• Must be returned within 30 days of original receipt.
• Must not be a final sale item such as a sale item, makeup brush, hair brush, wig or hair piece.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return shipping label.
Please include the following in your email:
• Your full name.
• Order ID number.
• Phone number.
• Reason for your return.
Pack your order in its original box with all packing materials. Print your return label and affix it to the package. Drop it at your nearest post office.
If your online return is the result of our error (damaged, defective or incorrect) your return shipping will be free of charge. All other online returns will result in a $6.95 postage fee. This fee will be deducted from the refund or credit being applied to your account for the returned items. Once we receive your return, we will inspect all merchandise to ensure it meets the above qualifications for return. A refund or credit will be issued to your account within 30 days and we will send you an email confirmation with your transaction information.
